This Privacy Policy explains what information Proposal App (the "Service"), provided by Elshad Seyidzade, collects and how it is used. This is a general baseline for an early-stage product and is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Account information you provide (name, email, password); company information (company name and settings); business data you enter (customers, catalog items, proposals); and limited technical data such as your IP address and browser locale, used only for security (e.g. rate-limiting login attempts) and displaying the app in your preferred language.
We use this information to operate and improve the Service, authenticate you, protect against abuse (such as repeated failed login attempts), and communicate with you about your account when necessary.
We use a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in (session), and one to remember your chosen interface language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (such as our hosting and database providers), or when required by law. We use an e-mail delivery provider (Resend) to send account e-mails such as password-reset and confirmation links; it receives only the recipient address and the message.
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (never in plain text), and the Service is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep it by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
